28. Repatriation assistance ( Contents ) Special conditions
Previous provisions
- Period of cover: the period of cover of this insurance is linked to the accident policy issued by Liberty Seguros.
- Validity: To receive the covered benefits the insured must not be a Spanish national, but have primary residence in Spain and his or her time out of said primary residence must not exceed 60 days per trip.
- Territorial scope: This insurance cover is valid throughout the world and in Spain, outside of the insured's province of primary residence, with the exception of those covers which expressly have exclusive validity in Spain or abroad.
Telephone interpretation service
The insured shall have access to a telephone interpreter who speaks English, French, German and / or Spanish to provide assistance in situations where these languages could be an obstacle for the insured, for example:
- Administrative proceedings.
- Medical check-ups.
- Labour relations.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
