28. Repatriation assistance ( Contents ) Special conditions
Previous provisions
- Period of cover: the period of cover of this insurance is linked to the accident policy issued by Liberty Seguros.
- Validity: To receive the covered benefits the insured must not be a Spanish national, but have primary residence in Spain and his or her time out of said primary residence must not exceed 60 days per trip.
- Territorial scope: This insurance cover is valid throughout the world and in Spain, outside of the insured's province of primary residence, with the exception of those covers which expressly have exclusive validity in Spain or abroad.
Telephone service for legal advice
This service provides the insured with information regarding his or her rights and obligations as an immigrant in Spain and in the Autonomous Community where the individual has his or her primary residence.
A lawyer shall advise the insured on questions regarding the general environment affecting his or her daily life (labour relations, housing, neighbourhood, etc).
The advice will be limited to a purely verbal orientation regarding the question, without providing a written report on the subject.
This service is available during normal business days, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but questions will be received 24 hours a day and the insured's name and request will be noted; a return call will be made on the next business day.
