28. Repatriation assistance ( Contents ) Special conditions
Previous provisions
- Period of cover: the period of cover of this insurance is linked to the accident policy issued by Liberty Seguros.
- Validity: To receive the covered benefits the insured must not be a Spanish national, but have primary residence in Spain and his or her time out of said primary residence must not exceed 60 days per trip.
- Territorial scope: This insurance cover is valid throughout the world and in Spain, outside of the insured's province of primary residence, with the exception of those covers which expressly have exclusive validity in Spain or abroad.
Telephone service for medical advice
A telephone service can be used to receive medical advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This service is provided by a medical team which will provide assistance of an informative nature. The provided information should be considered advice; under no circumstances should it be considered a medical diagnosis.
At the client's request an ambulance service may be established (at his or her own expense) and / or routing to a medical centre.
